Why is my essential mist diffuser not working?
Too little water level is one of the most frequent causes of a non-functioning air fragrance diffuser. Essential oils are released into the air via diffusers using water as a medium. The machine won’t have sufficient liquid to produce mist if the water level is too low in it. Issue: Faulty power connections or issues with the power source can prevent the diffuser from working. Solution: Check the power cable, adapter, and outlet. Try plugging the diffuser into a different outlet to see if it resolves the issue.However, in most cases, they suggest a need to reset the device. Start by unplugging the diffuser, then empty the water tank and let it dry for a bit. Once dry, refill it with fresh water, plug it back in, and try turning it on again. If the water is too cold the unit will not work until the water warms. Ensure the ultrasonic plate is clean – this is the small circular opening in the water tank.
