What to wear for an aromatherapy massage?
Dress for Comfort: Wear loose, comfortable clothes that make dressing and undressing a breeze. Changing time is included in your session, so ditch the fiddly layers and make the most of your massage time. We suggest you wear joggers or shorts with a t-shirt or vest. Gym clothes are also a good option. This massage will treat all areas of the body most prone to stress and tension, such as the back, shoulders and neck, along with the upper and lower legs, arms and hands.
