TERRA diffuser runtimes can reach up to 14 hours! If you want to keep your spirits up with a citrusy diffuser blend during a part-time job, invest in a diffuser with a three- to five-hour runtime. A diffuser with a seven- to eight-hour runtime is ideal for overnight aromas like Lavender and doTERRA Serenity®. Sleeping with a diffuser on can be safe when done thoughtfully. Some people enjoy a soothing fragrance as they fall asleep. If you prefer that, choose a diffuser with a timer or scheduling function so it turns off automatically once you’re asleep. Another option is to diffuse for 20 to 40 minutes before bedtime.
Do you put water in a dōTERRA diffuser?
