How do I know if the diffuser is working?

Check that the power supply is securely plugged into the socket at the back of the diffuser. If your diffuser does not work, the first step is to make sure it is properly plugged in. If it’s plugged in, and the lights nor mist will turn on, make sure there is power coming from your source. A possible cause may be mineral or oil buildup, causing the unit to have difficulty misting.Check that the air intake is not clogged by dust, hair or restricted or obstructed in anyway. Check that the diffuser is on a level, hard surface. Do not run your diffuser on a towel or any soft surface that will restrict the air flow and cause the unit to overheat. Clean your unit.
