What is the BodyTalk?
Bodytalk is a consciousness based health care system, and it is often also explained as healthcare designed by your body. Bodytalk works on the principle of communicating, synchronizing and balancing the bodymind. A session lasts between 30- 45 minutes and involves tapping as a means of release for the body. BodyTalk identifies and balances the body to factors that are affecting healthy communication within the body including environmental, mental and emotional stress factors that contribute to and perpetuate physical ailments.Body Talk is a comprehensive healthcare system designed around your body’s unique needs. It harnesses your body’s innate abilities to heal itself, addressing the root causes of illness rather than just symptoms.During a bodytalk session, i will use a gentle muscle checking system on the arm to “talk” to your body, bypassing the conscious mind and finding out where the imbalances and underlying causes of disease are. Clients can lie fully clothed on a treatment table, or sit if preferred.
