How soon will you notice benefits from a salt cave?
How many salt therapy treatments are recommended? Benefits for upper respiratory system are often noticed within the first 10 minutes of your first session. For skin (eczema, psoraisis), it often takes 4-5 sessions to begin to notice the benefits. The recommended frequency for salt therapy depends on your specific health objectives: for chronic respiratory issues, 2-3 sessions per week; for skin conditions, 1-2 sessions per week; and for general well-being or stress relief, once a week.Salt Therapy has been shown to alleviate symptoms of many ailments of body and mind, such as: allergies, asthma, bronchitis, eczema, psoriasis, sleep disorders, stress, anxiety, depression…and more.
How long do you stay in a salt cave?
Stress and Anxiety: If you’re visiting the salt room primarily for relaxation and stress relief, a session of 30 to 45 minutes may be sufficient. The calming atmosphere of the salt room, combined with deep breathing exercises, can help alleviate stress and anxiety. Please do not leave the salt room while a session is in progress, unless there is an emergency. Please keep voices low inside the Salt Room and in its reception area. Do not use any perfumes, lotions, or any kinds of fragrances when you attend a session. If you experience excessive coughing, kindly cough into a towel.What happens during a session? During sessions our halogenerator grinds pharmaceutical salt to a fine dust that is dispersed into the room for you to inhale. The salt rooms are designed for relaxation so you will want to sit back in our zero-gravity chair and breathe deeply.
How do you feel after Salt Cave?
Many people report feeling relaxed and refreshed after salt therapy. Some experience improved breathing and a sense of cleared airways. Dry salt therapy will NOT increase your blood pressure. Do you shower after a salt cave?
Do I need to shower before or after a salt room session? The benefits of the pharmaceutical grade salt on your skin lasts as long as you leave it there, so we recommend to shower before your session, not after. For your comfort, feel free to wear whatever you like to your salt therapy session. Most people simply come as they are, but please keep in mind that the salt particles may stick to your clothing, especially on darker colors.Before your session, please make sure to wear comfortable clothing – preferably light colors, as the salt can show more on darker colored clothes. Please wear socks while in the salt room. As a courtesy to other clients who are scent sensitive, please refrain from wearing scents (perfume, smoke, etc.
