The healthiest way to add scent to your home is using 100% pure essential oils with a diffuser, beeswax candles, or natural simmer pots with citrus and herbs. Houseplants and herbal sachets are also excellent for gently scenting and purifying indoor.Choose a central location Placing your reed diffuser in a central spot will ensure the fragrance spreads evenly throughout the room, diffusing in all directions, and optimising the scent.Fill a 100ml spray bottle with distilled water. Add 10–15 drops of your favorite essential oil (lavender, citrus, peppermint, etc. For longer-lasting fragrance, mix in a teaspoon of witch hazel or alcohol to help disperse the oil. We recommend doing this around once a week or every two weeks. To do this, take the reeds out and put the dry end into the vessel.Some reeds will last for weeks or months, others for just days. Some players replace their reeds every two to four weeks, regardless of other factors. But it makes more sense to pay attention to your reed’s condition.If you still have a lot of oil left and you flip the reeds regularly but can’t smell it, the reeds may have become too saturated or clogged with dust. In this situation, simply replace the reeds and continue using it as normal.
