How do I get my diffuser to mist?
We recommend filling the water slightly below the max fill line. Make sure the unit is sitting on a hard, flat surface. Do not place it on something soft, like a towel that could absorb the ultrasonic vibrations. Make sure the unit is not sitting directly under an air vent or fan that may be dispersing the mist. Incorrect water level is disrupting mist output one of the most overlooked causes is improper water filling. Both overfilling and underfilling can lead to diffuser mist output failure. Too much water affects airflow and reduces vapor intensity. Too little water prevents proper contact with the ultrasonic plate.Too Little Water Level Essential oils are released into the air via diffusers using water as a medium. The machine won’t have sufficient liquid to produce mist if the water level is too low in it. You need to make sure that the diffuser’s water tank is filled to the correct amount.
