How often can you diffuse essential oils?
Pour 5 to 10 drops into an ultrasonic diffuser and diffuse for 30 minutes, 2 to 3 times a day. If your aroma diffuser is with a capacity of 200 ml, you need 6 to 10 drops, for 300 ml capacity you need 9 to 12 drops, for 400 ml; capacity you need 12 to 15 drops and for 500 ml – 15 to 20 drops.
Do you mix water with oil in a diffuser?
