How effective are stone diffusers?
Aren’t they less effective than reed diffusers? While it’s true that aroma stones have a gentler diffusion power compared to reed diffusers, they work differently. Aroma stones are perfect for smaller spaces, offering a more subtle and elegant scent experience. Understanding Reed Room Diffusers A 30ml bottle with 2–3 reeds typically lasts 2–3 weeks. What settings to use on a diffuser?
Using high heat and airflow: Opt for low heat and low flow settings on your hair dryer to avoid frizz. Though it may take a bit longer to style, the results will be worth it. Moving the diffuser too much: Avoid creating frizz by keeping the diffuser still as you dry each section. Begin diffusing with warm (not hot) air on a low speed setting. This helps to dry your hair gently without causing frizz. Focus on drying your roots first, as they take the longest to dry. Gently lift sections of hair into the diffuser bowl and hold for 30 seconds.Touching your hair too much – You should try to touch your tresses as little as possible when diffusing your curls. Bouncing the diffuse off your locks, and touching them with your hands, can create frizz. Instead keep the diffuse in one place and tilt your head to dry evenly.We recommend using styling tools that have adjustable heat settings, identifying the temperature that works best for your hair, and only using any type of hot iron after your hair is dry. Use the lowest possible heat setting that you can while still getting the desired results.
Do you put oil or water first in a diffuser?
Add water to the fill line, usually approximately 1 cup; but be sure to follow your diffuser’s directions. Add 5-10 drops of your essential oil into the water. Put the lid back on top, turn on your diffuser and enjoy! If you add oil before water, the oil may settle at the bottom of the tank and reduce the performance of the ceramic disc that creates mist.
