Before getting into your bath or shower, warm one capful of the Bath & Shower Oil in cupped hands. Apply to your torso, shoulders and lower back. Massage it gently into your skin to distribute it evenly, focusing on areas that may need extra care, such as dry elbows, knees and shoulders. Massage it gently into the skin. Allow the oil to sink in for a minute or two. You can then give your body a quick rinse or just step out of the shower. Pat skin dry.Pour one capful of your chosen Bath & Shower Oil into your hands.
