Each of these wellness dimensions needs attention.In doing so, we can embrace our potential (physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social, environmental, vocational) to pursue and optimize life’s possibilities. The wellness dimensions overlap and coordinate to provide rich environments for living.Wellness encompasses 8 mutually interdependent dimensions: physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, vocational, financial, and environmental (Table 1) (1).It takes a holistic approach to live fully and age well.
