How to take Plantago?
HOW TO USE: Adults to take 15 drops 2 to 3 times a day, in a little water. Children from 2-12 years to take 1 drop per year of age 2 or 3 times daily in a little water. General Guidance: A typical dose for adults is around 10-20 drops, 2-3 times a day, diluted in a glass of water. Or as directed by the physician.
