Why is my small diffuser not working?

Why is mist not coming out of my diffuser?

If there is still fragrance remaining, make sure the refill bottle is fully inserted into the device. If this has come dislodged or is not inserted correctly, it may result in failure of mist generation. You should also check the batteries are still operating.
How do you fix a clogged diffuser?
To remove clogging and restore diffuser to normal capacity: Remove scent oil from bottle, and replace it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Run the diffuser as normal to let the alcohol permeate through the unit for about an hour. Screw the bottle with alcohol back onto the atomizer head and place it back on the diffuser unit. Turn on the device and let it run for approximately 10 minutes. The alcohol will be vaporized, running through the system and thoroughly cleaning the atomizer and the mist outlet to remove any blockages.
