Why is my Essence Vault diffuser not working?

Why is my In Essence diffuser not working?
People often get water inside the diffuser through overfilling, bumping or moving the diffuser around while full. If water or essential oil enters the diffuser it will quit working. If this happens, your should unplug and clean the unit and remove any water and let it sit for a day or two to dry out. Not Producing Mist. Possible Causes: Insufficient water, clogged filter, mineral buildup on the ultrasonic plate or heating element, or a low fan setting.If there is too much water or too little water (under 20 ml) the diffuser will not switch on. Check that the vessel of the diffuser is holding 100mls of water and then switch on the diffuser. Do not run your diffuser on a towel or any soft surface that will restrict the air flow. Clean your unit. Only lukewarm water should be used in ultrasonic units. If the water is too cold the unit will not work until the water warms.
Why is my diffuser suddenly not working?
Too little water level is one of the most frequent causes of a non-functioning air fragrance diffuser. Essential oils are released into the air via diffusers using water as a medium. The machine won’t have sufficient liquid to produce mist if the water level is too low in it. If there is no fragrance left the refill needs replacing. If there is still fragrance remaining, make sure the refill bottle is fully inserted into the device. If this has come dislodged or is not inserted correctly, it may result in failure of mist generation. You should also check the batteries are still operating.
How to activate diffusers?
Setting up your diffuser is quick and easy. Start by removing the closed wooden cap from the glass bottle and replacing it with the open wooden cap, the one with the hole in the center. Then insert the reeds through the cap and into the fragrance. For best results, flip the reeds right away so both ends are saturated. A bigger bottle means more fragrance oil, and more fragrance oil means a longer-lasting diffuser. A 30ml bottle with 2–3 reeds typically lasts 2–3 weeks. A 50ml bottle using 3–4 reeds can fragrance a space for 1–2 months.Typically, a properly cared-for reed diffuser can emit fragrance for about three to six months. However, many variables come into play, including the diffuser’s quality, container size and environmental conditions.
